Steps for Cooking Spinach Tofu Rolls
Prepare all ingredients.
Blanch the tofu skin in water.
Blanch the spinach and cilantro as well.
Soak the blanched ingredients in cold water and drain off excess water.
Place the spinach on the tofu skin and roll it up as shown in the picture.
This is the rolled-up tofu skin and spinach.
Cut it into two equal parts and tie it tightly with cilantro.
Prepare dipping sauce according to your preference. I used spicy soybean paste.
