Sponge Cake Cooking Steps
Ingredients.
Add salt and fine sugar to the eggs and beat until the egg mixture can form an 8-shaped trail that is not easily erased.
Slowly pour in corn oil along the edge of the bowl.
Beat on low speed for 10 seconds.
Sift in the cake flour in three parts, and mix well after each addition.
Mix well.
Pour the mixed batter into the baking pan, shake the pan from 10cm above the table to remove large air bubbles.
Add dried fruit.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, bake on the middle rack with both upper and lower heat for 35 minutes.
Flip the cake over and remove it from the mold after it has cooled.
After the cake has cooled, cut it into pieces and serve.
