Spring Cabbage and Rib Pot Cooking Steps
Blanch the ribs with a few slices of ginger until they change color.
Wash the blanched ribs and put them in a pressure cooker with a few slices of ginger.
Add water, cover the pressure cooker, and cook for 10-15 minutes after the pressure builds up.
Pour the cooked ribs into a clay pot, add cleaned and torn spring cabbage, simmer on medium-low heat until the cabbage is cooked, then season with salt and chicken bouillon. This is the finished dish.
