Prepare 3 eggs, each weighing about 55g.
Add 100g of whole milk and 50g of caster sugar, mix well.
After thorough mixing, add cake flour and cornstarch, fold evenly using a “Z” motion.
Finally, add black sesame seeds and desiccated coconut, pour melted butter over the batter, mix again, and the waffle batter is ready.
Preheat the waffle maker for 1 minute, pour a small amount of batter, cover, and set the time to 3 minutes. If too thick, it may need 4 minutes; you can check the color of the waffle by lifting the lid.
Open the lid and remove the waffle.
Drizzle with chocolate sauce or jam, serve with strawberries or other fruits.
