Steam Train Cake Cooking Steps
Dissolve the dry yeast in a portion of warm milk. Add granulated sugar to another portion and dissolve.
Pour both parts into the flour mixed with matcha powder and baking powder. If the mixture is too dry, add some warm water to form a smooth dough.
Knead into a smooth dough, let it ferment. After kneading, let it rest for a while until it becomes smooth.
After fermenting for one to two hours, the dough will double in size. Steam in a steamer for over twenty minutes. I placed some black dates on top.
After cooling, slice the cake, arrange it on a plate as the train body, then add fruits and vegetables as wheels and cargo, and use salad dressing as smoke.
