Step-by-Step Guide to Cooking Steamed 4-Color Salted Eggs
Prepare the required eggs.
Crack the eggs into a bowl.
Beat the eggs until well mixed.
Cook the salted egg until done and remove the shell, also remove the hard shell from the century egg.
Cut them into small cubes and set aside.
Mix the century egg and salted egg into the beaten eggs.
Add 2-3 drops of white vinegar, season with monosodium glutamate.
