Bitter melon grown at home.
Select good bitter melons, wash them, and drain the water.
Cut into pieces, set aside.
First, add a little oil, mix well, then sprinkle with a little flour.
Evenly coat with dry flour, as shown in the picture.
After the water boils, place it in a steamer, steam over high heat for five minutes.
It’s done steaming.
