Preparation: One serving of white congee.
Black fish meat, ginger, spring onions.
Cut the fish meat into slices, add some salt to wash off the fishy smell, cut some ginger strips, and chopped spring onions.
Place the cleaned fish slices in a bowl, add starch, oil, salt, pepper, ginger strips, mix well and marinate for a while (if possible, replace starch with egg white).
Bring the white congee in the casserole to a boil first.
When the congee is boiling, add the marinated fish slices, do not stir immediately, reduce the heat, after a minute when the fish slices change color, they are almost cooked as they are easy to cook.
Drizzle a few drops of sesame oil for added fragrance.
