Steps for making Steamed Egg Custard
Beat the eggs in a bowl and add salt!
Mix well!
Add 1.5 times the amount of water to the egg mixture! Cover with plastic wrap! (This will make the egg very flat when steamed)
After the water in the steamer boils, put the egg mixture in and steam for about 15 minutes!
Insert a toothpick into the egg, if it doesn’t fall over, it’s done!
Drizzle with sesame oil! Add soy sauce and scallions and serve.
