Wash the eggs and crack them into a bowl.
Beat the eggs.
Add a pinch of salt.
Add water and beat again.

Cover with plastic wrap.
Poke some holes with a toothpick and steam in a steamer. Prepare the shrimp while steaming the egg custard.
Wash the fresh shrimp.
