Ingredients as shown in the picture, use more minced garlic, and green onions and chili are for decoration, so a small amount is enough
First, boil a pot of water, add vermicelli when the water boils, cook for a short while until soft, then remove and soak in cold water
Divide the minced garlic into two portions, marinate one portion with a little salt
Use a little oil to fry the other portion of minced garlic over low heat until golden brown
Trim the shrimp, split the back, devein, wash thoroughly, and make a few cuts on the shrimp meat with a knife to prevent curling after steaming
