Prepare: White Congee.
Grass Carp Fish Meat (known as fish glue to Cantonese), ginger strips, chopped spring onions.
Bring the white congee to a boil.

Use chopsticks to add pieces of fish glue into the congee, bring to a boil over medium heat.
