Steps for Cooking Steamed Lamb with Rice Flour
Take one pound of fresh lamb leg meat (preferably lamb belly) and wash it before cutting it into pieces.
Prepare one tablespoon of minced garlic, one tablespoon of Pixian Douban (flat spoon), one tablespoon of pickled ginger flakes, one tablespoon of pickled pepper flakes, half a tablespoon of sugar, one tablespoon of tender meat powder, four liang of rice flour, appropriate amount of chicken essence, one spoon of sesame oil, appropriate amount of chili oil, and appropriate amount of Sichuan pepper powder.
