1 loofah; 15g dried scallop.

2 cloves of garlic; 2 scallions; 1 chili pepper; 1 tablespoon soy sauce; salt to taste; oil as needed.

Steps to Make Steamed Loofah with Garlic and Dried Scallop
Prepare the ingredients.
Soak the dried scallop in advance until it becomes soft.
Tear the soaked dried scallop into shreds and finely chop the scallions, garlic, and chili pepper.
Peel and cut the loofah into sections.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the shredded dried scallop until fragrant. Add garlic and stir-fry until slightly burnt, then add soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.
Arrange the loofah on a plate and place the dried scallop mixture on top.
Steam for 5 minutes.
Heat oil, soy sauce, and salt to make a sauce. Pour the sauce over the steamed loofah and dried scallop before serving.
