Take 40g glutinous rice flour, 60g wheat starch in a bowl, add 30g purple sweet potato puree, 10g corn oil, 10g granulated sugar, and knead until smooth.
Add boiling water as needed and mix with chopsticks until grainy.
When slightly cooled, knead into a smooth dough and cover tightly.
Add the remaining glutinous rice flour and wheat starch to 30g pumpkin puree, oil, sugar mixture.
Knead into a smooth pumpkin dough using the same method.
Take 30g of dough, shape into a round disc, and wrap with 35g sweet red bean paste, sealing tightly.
Dust with dry flour after wrapping the filling, then place into a 63g mold.
Press to create patterns with your hands.
Remove from the mold.
Repeat the same process with the purple sweet potato dough, wrapping the filling tightly into the mold.
