Main ingredients.
Clean and prepare the oysters.
Chop the garlic into minced pieces, put them in a cold oil pan, and stir-fry over low heat.
Once the garlic aroma is released, add light soy sauce, fresh soy sauce, stir well, and turn off the heat.
Soak the vermicelli in water until soft.
Place vermicelli in the oyster shells, add oyster meat, and pour the stir-fried minced garlic on top.
Steam for 4 to 5 minutes and it’s ready to serve.
