Steps to make Steamed Pork Patty with Dried Scallop and Dried Shrimp
Put dried scallop and dried shrimp in a bowl, add vodka (or Baijiu) and a little water, microwave for 1 minute.
Add a bowl of water to the dried scallop and dried shrimp mixture, soak for 15 minutes.
Add soy sauce, black pepper, and salt to the ground pork, mix well.
Add the water from the dried scallop and dried shrimp mixture to the ground pork a little at a time, and mix well.
