Steps for Cooking Steamed Pork Ribs with Black Fungus
Soak the pork ribs in water overnight to remove blood.
Rinse the pork ribs repeatedly.
Cut into pieces.
Marinate with soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper for more than half an hour.
Chop fermented black beans, scallions, ginger, garlic, and Thai chili into small pieces.
Soak the black fungus in advance.
Mix the black fungus with the pork ribs.
Blanch the black fungus in boiling water.
Place the black fungus in a container.
Add the pork ribs on top of the black fungus.
Steam for 40 minutes and it’s ready to serve.
