1 white radish; 4-5 chrysanthemum flowers; scallions, chopped; garlic, minced.

Steps to Make Steamed Radish with Chrysanthemum
Evenly slice the white radish and make a cross cut on one side of each slice without cutting through, to allow for better seasoning. Sprinkle salt and marinate for 5 minutes.
Arrange the radish slices on a plate, sprinkle chrysanthemum flowers on top, and steam for 10 minutes until the radish becomes translucent.
Heat up a pan, add minced garlic, chopped scallions, steamed fish soy sauce, and water to make a sauce. Thicken the sauce with cornstarch.
Pour the sauce over the radish and serve.
