Steps for Making Steamed Shrimp Paste
Clean the shrimp, remove the vein, and wash again.
Chop the shrimp into a paste, not too finely, as larger pieces will retain the shrimp’s texture.
Add egg white (half an egg white is enough), cornstarch, and salt to the shrimp paste, and mix well.
Spread the shrimp paste evenly in a dish and refrigerate for an hour.
Squeeze the shrimp paste into round balls with your hands.
Place the shrimp balls in the TOUPU multifunctional cooking pot.
Fill the main unit of the TOUPU multifunctional cooking pot with water, place the steaming pot on top, and turn on to 1380 degrees for 10 minutes.
Blanch the broccoli in boiling water, then rinse with cold water and serve.
