Ingredients.
Soak the vermicelli in cold water and drain. Rinse with hot water and cool it down to make it softer.
Cut the baby squid open with a knife, including the head but do not cut it off. The head is not cut, and I added another cut later.
Blanch the baby squid in 90-degree warm water for more than ten seconds.
Take it out and put it in cold water.
Put the vermicelli in a tart mold and sprinkle with a little salt.
Place the baby squid on top and drizzle with sweet chili sauce. It is better to mix some sweet chili sauce in the vermicelli to marinate it for better flavor.
Steam on high heat for 6 and a half minutes after the water boils.
