500g pork mince.

Step-by-Step Guide to Making Healthy Additive-Free Chinese Five Spice Pork Sausage
Place the pork mince in a container and add all the seasonings.
Mix the pork mince well and let it marinate for 20 minutes.
Take a small amount of the mixed pork mince and place it in plastic wrap.
Wrap the pork mince tightly and place it in the microwave. Microwave on high for 1 minute until the pork mince is fully cooked. Taste it and if it doesn’t meet your expectations, add more seasonings and mix well until you are satisfied before proceeding to the next step.
Place the aluminum foil on a cutting board (matte side up) and put an appropriate amount of mixed pork mince on one end of the foil, leaving about 2 cm of space on both sides.
Roll up the aluminum foil tightly, squeeze the pork mince towards the center, and then twist both ends tightly.
Tie both ends tightly with cotton thread.
Place in a steamer.
Cover and steam for 20 minutes after the water boils.
After steaming, remove and let it cool. Peel off the aluminum foil and slice. Serve on a plate.
