Steps to Make Stewed Black Chicken Soup with Huai Shan, Goji and Fish Maw Noodles
Wash the Huai Shan and goji berries. Remove the skin from the black chicken, clean it, and cut it into pieces. Blanch it in boiling water. Prepare the fish maw (as described in the previous recipe).
Put all the ingredients into a stewing pot.
Add enough boiling water to the pot and stew for 2-3 hours.
Add a little salt to taste before serving.
Add noodles and cook until done for a delicious and nutritious bowl of noodles.
