Stewed Rice with Chinese Sausage and Preserved Meat

Main Ingredients:

Steps for Cooking Stewed Rice with Chinese Sausage and Preserved Meat

Wash the glutinous rice and white rice, add water and cook in a pot. Keep an eye on the fire, reduce the heat after boiling, and simmer slowly.

Prepare the ingredients. Beat two eggs in a bowl with chopsticks.

Cook the green peas in water until soft, slice the preserved meat and Chinese sausage, and chop the garlic and scallions.

Fry the eggs in a pan, then crush and set aside.

Add oil to the pan, then add the preserved meat. After a while, some oil will come out. Add the Chinese sausage, green peas, and a little soy sauce. Finally, pour in the crushed eggs.
