Detailed Steps for Cooking Stir-Fried Bean Sprouts with Sweet Potato Vermicelli
Rinse the bean sprouts, drain and set aside
Slice the lean pork, marinate with cooking wine, sugar, sweet potato vermicelli, light soy sauce, salt, and pepper for ten minutes
Cut the scallions into sections
Rinse the dried shrimp and dried squid
Cut the dried shrimp into pieces, shred the dried squid
Bring a pot of water to a boil
When the water boils, add a little cooking oil, add the sweet potato vermicelli
Cook until the sweet potato vermicelli softens, about 5 minutes
Important Step (Once cooked, immediately rinse with cold water, soak for 2 minutes; drain and set aside)

Slice the hot dog
