Steps for Stir-fried Beef with Red Pepper and Onion
Prepare the beef by slicing it against the grain and marinating it with cornstarch, black pepper, and sesame oil.
Heat the wok and pour in the corn oil. Stir-fry the yellow onion, green and red peppers, and ginger.
Add the beef and stir-fry quickly over high heat.
Add a tablespoon of soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.
Finally, add a little salt and stir-fry over high heat until evenly cooked. Serve.
