Detailed Steps for Cooking Stir-Fried Chinese Yam
Prepare Chinese Yam, Spring Onion, Chinese Sausage, King Oyster Mushroom.
Cut the Chinese Sausage, King Oyster Mushroom, Chinese Yam, Spring Onion into pieces.
Finely chop the Scallion, Ginger, Garlic.
Boil the Chinese Sausage in hot water to remove excess saltiness.
Add King Oyster Mushroom and Chinese Yam, cook until slightly tender and then remove from heat.
Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry the Chinese Sausage. Then add chopped Scallion, Ginger, Garlic and fry until fragrant.
Add King Oyster Mushroom and Chinese Yam, stir-fry together.
