150g lean pork leg meat; 1 tsp pepper; oyster sauce; 5 green chili peppers.

Steps for Stir-fried Pork and Mushroom with Oil Coating
Take a lump of lean pork leg meat;
Cut into thin slices, add pepper, cooking wine, oyster sauce, bean flour and water;
Stir for about 1 minute.
Heat the oil and adjust to low heat, put the sliced pork into the oil and stir with chopsticks;
When the pork turns white, remove it from the oil;
