Detailed Steps for Cooking Stir-Fried Pork with Green Beans
Ingredient Preparation: Cut pork into cubes, cut green beans into small pieces, dice green onion, ginger, and garlic.
Marinate pork cubes with 1g salt, 1 tsp cooking wine, 1 tsp soy sauce, and 1 tsp five spice powder. Add 3 tsp cornstarch and mix well. Then add 1 tsp cooking oil and mix well. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Stir-fry green onion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant. (If there is too much oil, you can remove excess oil after cooking)
Add pork cubes and stir-fry until they change color.
Add green beans, salt, thirteen spices, and oyster sauce. Stir-fry until green beans change color.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer. Stir occasionally and cover to simmer. I repeated this process for about twenty minutes. Make sure the green beans are cooked through to avoid food poisoning.
Once done, the green beans should be soft overall with wrinkled skin. Tilt the pan to separate the oil from the green beans, then remove the green beans and discard the oil and ginger slices.
It goes well with rice.
