Main Ingredients:
Noodles: 1 bundle; Pork: about 100g; Onion: 1/4; Scallion: 2 stalks; Yellow Bell Pepper: 1; Red Bell Pepper: 1.
Seasonings:
Ginger: 1 piece; Garlic: 2 cloves; Red Shallot: 1.
Marinade:
Salt: 1/4 tsp; Pepper: 1/4 tsp; Cooking Wine: 1/2 tbsp; Cornstarch: 1 tsp; Vegetable Oil: 1 tbsp.
Blanching:
Salt: 1/2 tsp; Vegetable Oil: 1 tbsp.
Stir-Fry:
Soy Sauce: 1 tbsp; Oyster Sauce: 1 tbsp; Pepper: 1/4 tsp.

Steps to Make Stir-Fried Pork with Noodles
Cut the pork into thin strips, add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/2 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tsp cornstarch, mix well, then add 1 tbsp vegetable oil, mix well.
Cut the onion, scallion, red and yellow bell peppers into thin strips.
Pound the ginger and garlic, slice the red shallot.
Boil a pot of water, add 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tbsp vegetable oil, put in the noodles, cook until done.
Remove the noodles, rinse with cold water, drain.
Heat the wok over high heat, add the onion, stir-fry until partially cooked, then remove from the wok.
Add oil to the wok, reduce to medium heat, add ginger, scallion, garlic, and pork strips, stir-fry until cooked, remove from the wok, leaving the oil in the wok.
Add the noodles to the wok, add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, and 1/4 tsp pepper, stir-fry evenly.
Add the pork strips, onion, chili strips, and scallion strips, stir-fry evenly, and serve. Enjoy!
