Detailed Steps for Stir-fried Taro Stems with Pickled Vegetables
Tear off the outer skin of the taro stems and cut them into small pieces about 4cm long.
Wash the taro stems and blanch them in boiling water, then remove them from the pot.
Shred ginger and garlic, and cut chili into small pieces for later use.
Prepare some pickled vegetables.
