Monkey Head Mushroom: 2; Fish Maw: 100g; Small Sea Cucumber: 5-6 pieces; Lean Meat: 600g; Chicken Feet: 7-8.
Additional Ingredients:
Cordyceps Flower: 15g; Fresh Chinese Yam: 350g; Red Dates: 10; Goji Berries: 50g; Dried Tangerine Peel: 3 pieces; Ginger: 1 small piece.

Steps for Cooking Stomach-Nourishing and Beauty-Enhancing Monkey Head Mushroom and Fish Maw Soup
Blanch the lean meat and chicken feet, and rinse off the foam.
Soak the sea cucumber and fish maw until they are soft, and rinse off the fishy smell.
Cut the sea cucumber and fish maw into small pieces.
Soak the monkey head mushroom until it is soft, remove the roots, wash it several times until the water is clear, and tear it into small pieces.
Soak the cordyceps flower until it is soft and rinse it off.
Wash the red dates and remove the pits.
Soak the dried tangerine peel in hot water until it is soft, and scrape off the white membrane inside.
Put all the above ingredients into a soup pot, pour in an appropriate amount of water, boil on high heat for 10 minutes, and then simmer on low heat for 2 hours.
Peel and cut the fresh Chinese yam into small pieces, and wash the goji berries.
Add the goji berries and fresh Chinese yam to the soup, and continue to simmer for half an hour.
Use a fat skimmer to remove the oil, and add salt to taste. (We don’t add salt in our family.)
