Detailed Steps for Cooking Strawberry Baozi
Ingredients as shown in the picture.
Red dough: 200g flour + 100ml milk + 1 egg + 2g yeast + 1g salt + 5g oil + 5g sugar, knead in a bread machine.
Green dough: 2g matcha powder + 100g flour + 1g yeast + 1 egg + 5g oil + 5g sugar, knead by hand.
Knead the two doughs together, cover and refrigerate for fermentation (because I prepared it at home during lunch break and needed to do the follow-up work after returning home from work in the afternoon).
It has doubled in size by the time I got home in the evening.
Divide the red dough into several portions and let it sit.
Take a portion of the green dough.
Roll it into a thin sheet.
Use a chrysanthemum mold.
Press out the leaves.
Wrap the red dough around the strawberry jam.
Shape it into an oval shape.
Add the leaves.
Make them one by one.
Add black sesame seeds.
Also made a bow tie, after fermenting for half an hour, steam for 10 minutes.
Cute steamed strawberry baozi.
