Steps for Cooking Strawberry Cake Roll
Separate egg whites into a container that is free of water and oil;
Separate egg yolks into another container;
Beat egg yolks and add granulated sugar; stir;
Add condensed milk and stir;
Add navel orange juice and stir;
Add cake flour and corn starch; stir;
Use an egg beater to beat the mixture until it is smooth; set aside;
Add granulated sugar to egg whites in batches; beat until it forms a stiff peak;
Combine egg whites and egg yolk mixture in batches; mix and stir;
Prepare a baking pan, line it with parchment paper, pour in the batter, and shake out any large air bubbles;
Bake in the oven at 150 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes, remove from the oven, tear off the parchment paper while it is still hot, and spread tomato sauce on top;
Place the strawberries on top and roll it up, then refrigerate it;
