Steps to Make Strawberry Cake Roll
Prepare the ingredients and weigh them.
Separate the egg whites and yolks. Make sure the egg white bowl is free of water and oil.

Add corn oil in portions and mix well.

Add 1/3 of the egg whites to the egg yolk mixture and mix well.

Take out the baked cake, cover it with oil paper, and let it cool.
Put the whipped cream into a decorating bag with a decorating tip.
When the cake is slightly warm, tear off the oil paper and cut off the edges.
Turn it over and squeeze the whipped cream on it. More on the bottom, less on the top.
Arrange a row of strawberries underneath the cake.
Roll it up. Wrap it in oil paper and put it in the refrigerator to set.
Cut into pieces. Decorate the surface with whipped cream.
