Prepare the Ingredients
Soak the Gelatin Sheets in Cold Water
Pour Milk into a Container, Add Heavy Cream and Powdered Sugar
Heat the Mixture in a Water Bath until Melted, or Microwave for 1 minute
Add the Softened Gelatin Sheets and Heat in a Water Bath until Melted
Soak Strawberries without removing the leaves, then soak in salt water for 5 minutes and place in molds
Pour in the prepared mixture
Place in a cold water bath and chill for about 1 minute
Refrigerate for approximately 3 hours
When sliced, you will see layers. Be sure to remove from the mold before slicing. I sliced it in the box for photography purposes.
