Detailed Steps for Making Strawberry Milk
Put the glass jar in water and boil for 5 minutes to disinfect. Let it cool and set aside. Soak the strawberries in salt water for 10 minutes, wash them clean, cut them into small cubes, and set aside a portion. Mix the remaining strawberry cubes with granulated sugar, and refrigerate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Pour the marinated strawberry cubes into a pot, bring to a boil over medium-high heat, and then simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally.
When the strawberry sauce becomes thick and can hang on a spoon without falling off easily, turn off the heat. Pour the unused strawberry sauce into the glass jar while it is still hot and refrigerate it when it is not too hot to handle.
Take a bottle, scoop in the strawberry sauce, and use a spoon to create a hanging effect on the bottle wall.
Pour in the milk and add the strawberry pieces. That’s it!
