Detailed steps for cooking Su Wan Zi
Grate the carrot, shred the cabbage, and chop them together. Cut the scallions into small pieces and put all the ingredients in a large bowl.
Add all the seasonings and mix well. Remember to add a little baking soda, otherwise the Su Wan Zi will turn out lumpy. Add flour gradually and mix with some water until it reaches the desired consistency.
Then fry the Su Wan Zi. I used a spoon to shape them, but if you want them to look nicer, shape them by hand before frying.
Now they are ready to be served. I fried about two plates of Su Wan Zi with half a carrot. Adjust the amount of ingredients according to the number of people you are serving.
