Summer Berry Yogurt Smoothie Cooking Steps
Heat the fresh milk to 95 degrees (bubbling but not boiling), then cool to 40-50 degrees, add yogurt (I use plain) and mix well, then transfer to a glass container and cover.
Place the container in a preheated electric pot (I usually preheat the pot without water, then place a plate at the bottom to prevent direct contact with the container), cover with the lid, and let it sit for 6-8 hours to make homemade yogurt.
Take out the yogurt (the longer it sits, the tangier it gets), scoop out about 240g and put it in a blender.
Add the frozen fruits and honey to the blender, then blend all ingredients using the smoothie function.
Pour the berry yogurt smoothie into a glass, sprinkle with crushed cornflakes, top with strawberries or blueberries for decoration, and enjoy.
