Wash and dry the edamame, cut the lean pork into strips, finely chop the scallion, ginger, and garlic, and cut the red pepper into strips.
Heat the wok, add oil, and stir-fry the pork cubes.
Add the chopped scallion, ginger, garlic, and a spoon of cooking wine to stir-fry the pork until fragrant.
