Steps to Cook Sunflower Egg
Chop the tomato and finely chop the green onion.
Crack an egg into a bowl, add the chopped tomato, green onion, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Mix the egg with tomato, green onion, and salt, then seal with plastic wrap.
Heat in the microwave for 3 minutes.
Boil water in a pot, blanch the spinach, then soak the blanched spinach in cold water for 1 minute.
Drain the soaked spinach, place it on a plate for decoration.
After the egg is done in the microwave, uncover and let it cool for half a minute.
Gently loosen the edges of the cooled egg with a small spoon until it can be safely removed.
Remove the egg from the bowl and place it on the decorated spinach plate.
