Detailed Steps for Cooking Sweet Almond and Goji Berry Steamed Pear
Wash 10g of sweet almonds, remove discolored ones, and soak in water for 10 minutes.
Wash the pear, peel it, and cut it into small pieces.
Place the soaked almonds in a bowl (one bowl per person in my family). If fewer people, reduce the amount of almonds to 3 to 5g.
Add the pear pieces.
Add an appropriate amount of rock sugar (or add honey after steaming and cooling).
Add a few goji berries.
Add 5 tablespoons of water.
Steam in a pot for 15 to 20 minutes.
Enjoy while hot.
