Detailed Steps for Cooking Sweet and Sour Pineapple Rice
Prepare the ingredients
Scoop out the pineapple flesh and soak it in salt water
Cut the bacon and green pepper into pieces, beat the eggs
Heat the pan and add bacon to fry with oil. If you don’t like bacon, you can use olive oil to fry the rice.
Add the beaten eggs and fry them. Don’t worry about burning the eggs because there is bacon oil at the bottom of the pan. Fry the eggs over medium heat.
Add the green pepper and stir-fry together over medium-low heat.
Soak the pineapple in salt water for ten minutes, cut it into pieces, and stir-fry it together.
Similarly, fry the rice with bacon oil, then add white rice and stir-fry together. If you don’t like bacon, use olive oil to fry the rice.
Add the side dishes to the rice and stir-fry together over high heat. Add oyster sauce for seasoning. Because bacon itself is salty, use less salt.
Pour the pineapple into the rice and serve.
