Detailed Steps for Cooking Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs
Prepare the pork ribs.
Put the pork ribs in a pressure cooker, add water, and cook for 20 minutes.
Prepare 12 pieces of rock sugar.
Remove the pork ribs from the pressure cooker.
Pour 4 teaspoons of oil into an iron pan.
Put the rock sugar in the iron pan and stir-fry over high heat.
When the rock sugar is melted, add the pork ribs and stir-fry together.
When the pork ribs are golden brown, add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce.
Add 1 teaspoon of vinegar and stir-fry the pork ribs together for 2 minutes.
