Detailed Steps for Cooking Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs
Cut the pork ribs into small pieces about 5cm in length, wash and drain.
Add granulated sugar and some water to the pot, stir-fry until the sugar turns brown.
Add the pork ribs to the caramelized sugar and fry until the ribs are firm, the water is reduced, and the aroma of the meat is released. The outside should be golden brown.
Add fresh broth, balsamic vinegar, fresh soy sauce, ginger, and scallions to the pot and cook on high heat until the sauce thickens.
Before the sauce is completely reduced, remove the ginger and scallions from the pot to ensure the appearance of the finished product.
When the sauce is almost dry, turn down the heat, add aged vinegar, and stir-fry until the sauce is evenly distributed. Then, transfer the dish to a plate.
Sprinkle a layer of roasted white sesame seeds on top of the dish before serving.
