Pour 10g of white agar-agar powder into a container.

Pour the sugar water into a sealed container, let it cool, cover with a lid, and refrigerate for about 3-4 hours until it sets into a jelly-like consistency.
Prepare some sweet osmanthus, a specialty of Xianning, which can be found in supermarkets.
Pour an appropriate amount of sweet osmanthus.
Add some warm water, mix well with a spoon, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for about 1-2 hours.
Prepare some QQ soft candies.
Use a knife to cut the agar-agar jelly into small pieces and set aside.
Take a serving dish and pour in the agar-agar jelly pieces.
Take out the chilled osmanthus sugar water, stir well with a spoon, and pour into the dish.
