Dried peeled peas purchased online
Add three times the amount of water, soak overnight in advance
These are the soaked peas
Put the peas in an electric pressure cooker with enough water to cover them, pressure cook for 20 minutes, just enough water to cover the peas
These are the cooked peas, I used too little water
Puree the peas in a blender
Pour the pea puree into a non-stick pan
Add an appropriate amount of sugar and stir-fry over low heat
Stir-fry until there are textures and the patterns do not disappear easily. Mine turned thick, so I only stir-fried for a few minutes
Pour the pea puree into a mold, smooth it out, I lined it with plastic wrap, cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours
Take it out, flip it over, and cut into small pieces
