Detailed Steps for Cooking Sweet Pineapple Rice
Prepare the ingredients: carrots, corn, green beans, mushrooms, celery, and purple cabbage.
Cut all the ingredients into small pieces (except for green beans and corn).
Boil all the ingredients in a pot until they are cooked but still firm.
Cut the pineapple in half and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Cut it into small pieces and soak in lightly salted water.
Heat some oil (I used chicken oil and a little butter) in a pan, add all the ingredients and stir-fry. Add a little salt and rice, and stir-fry. Add the pineapple pieces before removing from heat.
