Steps to Make Sweet Potato and Tremella Jelly
Ingredients: Tremella (soaked and cleaned), sweet potato, leftover rice.
Remove the seeds from the sweet potato and wash it.
Cut the sweet potato into small pieces on a cutting board.
Next, put the Tremella into a soy milk machine.
Then, add the cut sweet potato and leftover rice.
Add water, making sure it does not go below the minimum mark or above the maximum mark.
Finally, cover the machine and plug it in, then press the button for nutritious rice paste.
When finished, unplug the machine and open it to enjoy the jelly.
