Steps to Make Sweet Potato Chiffon Cake
Separate egg whites and yolks, mix yolks with 20g vegetable oil and 15g sugar until well combined
Add milk and sweet potato puree to the mixture, then add sifted low-gluten flour and mix well
Add the remaining 30g sugar in 3 portions to the egg whites and beat until stiff peaks form.
Take 1/3 of the beaten egg whites and mix with the yolk mixture, then fold in the rest of the egg whites, pour into a mold and gently shake
Preheat the oven to 160°C and bake for about 40 minutes
